" APEE scholars have developed economic, historical, philosophical, and political analyses of the state across a broad range of time, place, and institutional arrangements. The theme for this conference allows for an expansive exploration into both current and historical changes in the relationship of the state to its citizens through the lens of classical liberalism. |
