| Notes: | The Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas Globalization & Monetary Policy Institute and the Swiss National Bank are inviting paper submissions for a conference on "The Effect of Globalization on Market Structure, Industry Evolution and Pricing," to be held at the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas on Friday and Saturday, May 31 and June 1, 2013. This conference, which is also being organized in collaboration with the Centers for International Price Research at Vanderbilt University, is the latest in a series that originated with the "Conference on Microeconomic Sources of Real Exchange Rate Behavior" held at Carnegie Mellon University in 2005, a subsequent conference of the same name held at Vanderbilt University in 2010 and a joint FRB Dallas/SNB conference, "Microeconomic Aspects of the Globalization of Inflation," held in Zurich in 2011. |
