The topics covered in the event will fit within the following broad themes: definition of financial stability, and the role of the Bank of England in the UK framework; identification and assessment of key risks to financial stability; systemic risk mitigation, including new arrangements to strengthen the resilience of financial systems such as a more macroprudential orientation for regulatory and supervisory frameworks; and financial crisis management and resolution.
