These have led to a considerable change in customer, market and regulatory attitudes in relation to how banks sell their products and services. The conference will therefore focus on the development of new sales approaches, with a particular emphasis on needs-based selling. This is in tune with European regulations that seek to ensure that customers are only sold products that meet their specific needs.
