O-Matrix if a full-featured interactive mathematical package for
Windows machines that can run both Matlab scripts and functions.
In addition, it is said to be up to 10 times faster than Matlab. Its
list of features include matrix operations, statistics, optimization,
calculus, and even wavelets. As one might guess, it includes
extensive plotting capabilities, and one can even create a graphical
